In this phase of work, the UNIFORM team analyses the project both in terms of printability and construction of the equipment, consulting the most suitable suppliers for the required application. For the most complicated projects, feasibility studies are provided to the customer, accompanied by fluid dynamic analyses.
The heart of UNIFORM is profoundly linked to listening to the client’s requests as each project has a story of its own. It is not enough to produce a high precision mold: each customer has different needs and it is our task to follow the project up to the approval of the part, however complex and long the route to be travelled may be
The project is followed by a single project manager who becomes the intermediary between the client and UNIFORM. The technical office follows the technical indications gathered during the analysis / estimate phase:
- The design of the mold always begins with a complete collection of the project details: type of polymer used and its shrinkage value, geometrical tolerances required in the listed table, type of steel required by the customer / suitable for molded plastic, mold holder material;
Once approved internally in the verification meeting, the 3D model is available to the customer for approval;
Upon approval by the customer of the mold model, the technical department continues its activity by buying the material and sharing all the construction details with the production
