Our ISO certification is not limited to witnessing the continuous monitoring of the process and the quality of the delivered product. This is a recognition of the spirit of improvement that has always characterized UNIFORM. The enthusiasm in changing and trying new solutions does not come univocally from the management but is part of every single collaborator. In addition to constant training, what makes us proud of our reality is the active participation of staff: since years we have put in place a “suggestion box” where each employee can highlight the various problems encountered and the possible solutions to propose. The proposals are then examined weekly by the “improvement group”. The group has a six-month rotation and is composed of four employees, mixed between production and technical department. Once the proposal has been evaluated and the related solution is detailed, the way to go and the methods of intervention are shared with the management.
